OTHER ORDERING METHODS

When ordering pearl jewellery, if you prefer, you may telephone, fax or post your order details to us and we will process the order accordingly. All orders need to be pre-paid prior to dispatch.

• If you order by telephone, post or fax, no confirmation will be sent unless requested and a valid email address provided.
• We only dispatch to United Kingdom although we can dispatch elsewhere by prior agreement.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and normal authorisation procedures.

If paying by cheque, please make payable to ‘Absolute Pearls Art Artifacts’ and write your cheque guarantee number and expiry date on the reverse. Goods will not be dispatched until the cheque clears.

For telephone, fax and mail orders, please supply the following details:

• The quantity & product Quickfind code and price.
• Any special instructions or requests e.g. gift wrapping, message card with message etc.
• Your name as it appears on your payment (credit, debit or charge) card.
• The billing address to which the card members payment card is registered and as it appears on the payment card statement.
• The landline telephone number at the card members registered billing address. (Mobile numbers only are not acceptable but you can request that we call you only on a certain number as we understand your need for secrecy when buying a gift for somebody).
• An alternative contact telephone number such as a work or mobile telephone number.
• The full delivery address if different to billing address which must be a normal valid UK Home or Office address and not a PO Box although BFPO (British Forces Postal Office) addresses are accepted.
• The payment card main card number.
• The payment card expiry date.
• The payment card issue number if applicable.
• The payment card 3 digit security number on the reverse of the card on or near the signature strip or for American Express cards the 4 digit number on the front of the card.
• Your email address is optional, if you would like to receive an email confirmation of your order or to be added to our marketing list. We do not sell, share or give your details to any 3rd party except strictly to execute your order.
