The fastest and most convenient way to order our pearl jewellery is to use our online Shop.

Our website, like most e-commerce websites, uses industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to provide secure payment transactions. This facility is provided by Worldpay, a recognised leader in providing encrypted and safe transfer of credit, debit or charge card details.

• Some people are concerned with entering their credit card details on a website to buy online. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their card through shopping with us. If you are still in any doubt, you can simply call us by telephone with your details to place your order.
• When you have added an item to your basket, you will be given the opportunity to 'checkout' or continue shopping. Selecting checkout will take you to the sign in page, where you may simply create an account or just sign in if you have shopped with us before.
• Then you will be taken though the confirmation process, for delivery & billing confirmation and product confirmation.
• When you confirm your order, you will be diverted to a safe Worldpay server which you can recognise from a 'locked padlock' logo on your bottom menu task bar. You will also notice that the 'HTTP' has changed to ‘HTTPS' in the browser's address bar. Select the payment card you wish to use and enter your payment card number and other details as requested.
• As soon as you place an order through our website, you will automatically receive an 'order received' confirmation email from Absolute Pearls and a transaction confirmation email from Worldpay.
• Absolute Pearls will also email you a ‘processing’ email to confirm your order is being processed prior to dispatch and a 'dispatched' email to confirm it has been accepted by the Post Office for delivery.
• We only dispatch to the United Kingdom, although we can dispatch to the EU and occasionally elsewhere, by prior agreement.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and normal authorisation procedures.
• Orders received by 3pm on a normal working day will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery unless another delivery date is requested.
• Orders dispatched on Fridays are invariably delivered by Royal Mail on Saturday, although the next working day is Monday (if not a bank holiday).
