DELIVERY OF PEARL JEWELLERY

  • We only dispatch to the United Kingdom, although we can dispatch to the EU and occasionally elsewhere, by prior agreement .
  • If you order by 3pm on a working day, we will dispatch same day. Orders up to £49 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery (mostly next working day delivery) and orders over £49 are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (99%+ next working day delivery).
  • Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery is a next working day service although on time performance varies. If next working day delivery is essential (99%+ on time), you may upgrade your postage from 1st Class Recorded to Special Delivery by paying a supplement of £3.00 in the Miscellaneous category of the shop.
  • Orders dispatched on Fridays are invariably delivered by Royal Mail on Saturday, although the next working day is Monday (if not a bank holiday).
  • Please note that some Royal Mail destinations such as the highlands of Scotland or very rural areas will take up to 2-3 days for Special Delivery and possibly more for 1st Class recorded. Please refer to Royal Mail for details.
  • If you need a rush order, please call us and we’ll do our best to find a way to assist you
  • We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service (for orders over £49 or more), which you can find described on their website. They guarantee to deliver the goods by 1.00pm the next working day. Friday dispatches are guaranteed for Monday if a working day but are quite often delivered on Saturday.
  • We follow the Royal Mail's last posting dates schedule for Christmas & Special Occasion deliveries. However, we recommend better being safe than sorry and particularly at Christmas time, to order a few days in advance of the last posting dates.
  • The services provided by Royal Mail are unfortunately beyond our control. However, we are using the best services they offer and we will take up any concerns regarding the delivery with them if we are informed promptly and not later than 5 working days after posting.
  • In the event of a delayed delivery, the only compensation we can offer you is what Royal Mail will offer us.
  • We insure the goods with Royal Mail and should you not receive your goods for any reason, a refund or replacement will be offered on receiving confirmation of insurance compensation from Royal Mail or as otherwise agreed.
