We use our branded white glossy wrapping paper to gift wrap all gifts. The finishing touch is black ribbon.
How to REQUEST GIFT WRAPPING AND make it absolutely personal
Simply select the gift wrapping option during checkout:
‘Gift Wrapping Service’ – We will gift wrap for you.
‘Gift Message’ – Just type your message (in no more than 15 words, including salutation and closing) into the ‘message box’ in the checkout process. We will then write it out by hand on one of our personalised message cards. We will supply you a blank card to write yourself if no message is provided. (This service is only provided when gift wrapping is bought).
PLEASE NOTE - All pierced earrings are sealed in a clear plastic for hygiene purposes, so do inform the recipient that opening the sealed plastic bag invalidates returns/refunds.
How to REQUEST DELIVERY DIRECT TO RECIPIENT
During checkout, just enter the recipients name and address in the ‘delivery’ address section during checkout and select the ‘Gift Wrapping Service’ option along with a ‘Gift Message’ if you so wish.

PRICING
Just £3.00 per order for fully gift wrapped. If an order comprises one, two or three items, then it is just £3.00 in total for them all to be lovingly gift wrapped. EFFECTIVE 22 MARCH 2023, GIFT WRAPPING IS CURRENTLY FREE AS PART OF OUR 20 YEARS IN BUSINESS CELEBRATIONS.

Pearls are categorised using 'body colour' and refined with 'overtone' and 'orient'.
Overtone is the minor second colour/glow often seen on the surface pearls, in particular silver and pink overtones.
Iridescence or orient (a rainbow of colours) can sometimes be seen on baroque pearls and is an optical effect much like oil films. (The same on the inside of an oyster shell i.e. Mother of Pearl).
Freshwater Natural white, pink/peach and lilac/lavender. Other colours are colour treated. Akoya Saltwater Natural white. Most others are colour treated. Silver/pink overtones. Tahitian Natural blacks/greys/silvers. Large overtone range. South Sea Natural white and golden/yellow. Mainly silver overtones. Royal Mail Special Delivery – for orders over £99:
- Next working day delivery (allow extra day or so during Nov & Dec for Xmas delivery)

Orders received by 3pm on a working day are dispatched same day.
International Delivery
We use Royal Mail International insured services to EU countries £10.00 excl. tax (3-5 days) and non-EU countries £15.00 excl. tax (5-10 days).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may cancel your order within 46 days after receipt of goods/attempted delivery and request a full refund or exchange subject to our Returns and Exchanges policy. Pierced earrings must remain sealed to be returned.
