Payment Security

Our website, like most e-commerce websites, uses industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to provide secure payment transactions. This facility is provided by WorldPay, a recognised UK based leader in providing encrypted and safe transfer of credit, debit or charge card details.

When you wish to pay for your order, you will be taken to a secure WorldPay payment page. You will see a 'locked padlock' symbol on your browser's address bar or at the bottom of your browser window. Alternatively, you will be re-directed to your PayPal log-in page if that is how you have selected to pay.

Some people are concerned with entering their credit card details on a website to buy online. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their card through shopping with us. If you are still in any doubt, you can simply call us by telephone with your details to place your order.

Additionally, for online payments, there is a further layer of security now available which is run by the banking and credit card institutions called 3D Secure.

The Visa programme is called Verified by Visa

The Mastercard programme is called MasterCard SecureCode

These programmes allow shoppers to create for their payment card a password known only to them. When a transaction is made, you will be asked to enter that password to further verify and authenticate the payment. This has been made compulsory by many banks/credit cards.

Absolute Pearls Ltd. do not have access to either your payment card information or passwords which are all kept secure by WORLDPAY and the banks as appropriate.

  • All Absolute Pearls products come with FREE SECURE UK delivery.
  • We can deliver to your home or work.
  • We dispatch daily Monday to Friday at 3pm excluding Bank Holidays.

We use Royal Mail services:

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For – for orders up to £99 

  • Next working day service but not guaranteed and typically 1 – 2 working days delivery (Allow 1 – 5 working days during Christmas period November / December)
  • Orders received by 3pm on a working day are dispatched same day.
  • You may upgrade to Special Delivery at checkout for £5.00
  • Weekend and Bank Holiday orders are dispatched next working day.

Royal Mail Special Delivery BY 1PM – for orders over £99 

  • Next Working day delivery (Allow 1 – 2 working days during Christmas period November /  December)
  • 99%+ on time service
  • Orders received by 3pm on a working day are dispatched same day.
  • Weekend and Bank Holiday orders are dispatched next working day.
  • Some remote destinations particularly Highlands and Islands of Scotland can take a day or two longer.


  • Friday dispatches are often delivered Saturday (not guaranteed) but upgrades are available at checkout for £5.00 (Special Delivery orders) and £10.00 (1st Class Recorded orders) (99%+ on time).
  • Not applicable where Fridays are Bank Holidays,


  • 1st Class Signed For orders are only tracked on dispatch and delivery.
  • Special Delivery orders are fully tracked and you will receive your tracking number to the email address you provide so that you may track your packet.


  • We can delay dispatch of any order until a certain working day if you tell us in the checkout order comments.
  • Named day delivery requests should take account of the services offered as above and whilst every effort will be afforded, cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
  • If Royal Mail attempts delivery and you are out, they will leave you a P739 ‘Something For You’ card indicating how you can retrieve your packet.
  • Our services do not include the option of using any Royal Mail ‘Safeplace’ option.
  • As our services require a signature, we cannot accept requests to 'leave in the porch or garden shed' etc. Please request a ‘leave with a neighbour’ sticker if appropriate.


  • You may request in the checkout order comments for us to put a sticker on your packet with a delivery request such as:
  • Leave at a specific nearby address (please provide address)
  • ‘Leave with next door neighbour’
  • ‘Do not leave with neighbours’.
  • Royal Mail are not obligated to follow these ‘requests’ and potentially a neighbour could see a ‘do not leave with neighbour’ sticker.


Royal Mail operates a ‘Delivery to Neighbour’ system and will normally try to leave 1st Class Signed For packets with a neighbour. However, you may opt out of this by displaying a front door/post box sticker available from Royal Mail.


  • We insure the goods with Royal Mail and should you not receive your goods or a ‘something for you’ card within the specified delivery times, please advise us immediately by email so that we may assist.
  • Upon signature by any person at the delivery or neighbours address, ownership of the goods purchased and responsibility for any loss or damage passes fully to you and we have no further liability.
  • If a delivery is attempted but no-one is available to sign for it, we consider your order delivered. Please follow Royal Mails ‘ something for you’ card to secure your order packet.


  • If you have requested adjustments or customisation, dispatch may be delayed and we will email you to advise.
  • Delivery requests to addresses other than the billing address may require additional security checks and can occasionally delay dispatch. We will email you if this is the case.
  • If you need a rush order, please call us and we’ll do our best to assist.
  • Please ensure you provide a full and accurate address. All deliveries require a signature so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to take receipt.

Terms & Conditions

Terms for 'SANTA20' Discount Code:

  • Expires 11:59pm on Monday 11th December 2023.
  • Can be used on any jewellery item EXCEPT any item that is already discounted (shown by a red coloured price with the original price crossed out).
  • Only valid for online purchases.
  • Discount is only applied to the product cost and not to gift wrapping or upgraded delivery charges.
  • Each code cannot be used in conjunction with any other Absolute Pearls discount code. (Only one discount code can be used for any one purchase)
  • The Discount Code must be entered into the 'Discount Code' field and the 'Apply Code' button clicked to apply it. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the code has been applied prior to proceeding and paying for the order.
  • Any discount code cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • This offer may be withdrawn at any time without notice and is subject to availability.

Terms for Best Price Guarantee:

  • If you buy any product from Absolute Pearls between 4th November 2023 to 20th December 2023 inclusive and subsequentially find that same product offered at a lower price on the Absolute Pearls website on or before 20th December 2023, we will happily refund you the difference.
  • Product discounts and available discount codes will be used to determine the lowest price available of any item on any given day and do not include postage or gift wrapping charges.
  • This best price guarantee does NOT apply if you fail to use/successfully apply the code in the checkout (for whatever reason) the best available discount code available on the day and which are available on the website banners and the New Subscribers mailing list sign up box. If in doubt, please email us on or call 01516257688 for guidance & information on discount codes.
  • To claim, you simply need to email us ( on the same day when you see the lower price, and include the following details: your name, your order number, the product code number and the date and lower price you saw on the Absolute Pearls website. Please also send us a screenshot or photo of said product and lower price.
  • If the same product (same SKU number) is offered at a price lower than you paid, we will refund the difference to you by the end of December.
