HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
The fastest and most convenient way to order our pearl jewellery is to use our online Shop
All our prices are stated in GBP sterling and fully inclusive of current UK VAT and Free UK postage. Additional charge options include gift wrapping and EU & International postage at checkout if appropriate.
All payments are made in GBP sterling only. If you are using a payment card billed in a foreign currency, your card provider will convert your payment into your local currency at their prevailing rates. For your convenience, our website offers approximate Euro & USA Dollar prices if you so select. These rates are market based and are for your general guidance only and are not to be relied upon as a final price.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
For each pearl jewellery product on the website, there is a ‘VIEW ITEM’ button, which if clicked will take you through to the product detail page.
On the product detail page, you will find a full specification of the item and associated assistance to make an informed purchase decision.
By selecting QUANTITY (QTY) and clicking ‘ADD TO MY BAG’, the designated item will appear in your shopping bag. You have no obligation to make payment unless you decide to check out and purchase the item(s).
When you are in your shopping bag, you may checkout using a ‘CHECKOUT’ button which will then take you to the ‘checkout page’ where you can:
- Review your order and total payment
- Checkout as a guest or create a simple account
- Sign in to your account if you already have one
- Fill in the billing and delivery address sections
- Select any postage & gift wrapping/message options
- Make any special requests in the ‘order comments’
After completion of details at checkout, you may click the ‘PLACE YOUR ORDER’ button and you will be taken to the payment page hosted by our payment provider ‘Worldpay’.
To know that this is a secure Worldpay payment page you will see a 'locked padlock' symbol on your browser's address bar or at the bottom of your browser window. You will also notice that the 'HTTP' has changed to ‘HTTPS' in the browser's address bar.
Your details are completely secure and only ever used to process your order. We promise we will never share them with a third party not directly connected to processing your order.
Provide your payment card details on the World payment page and click the ‘MAKE PAYMENT' button to finalise your order and process your payment. Clicking this button is an obligation by you to pay for your order.
This is not an obligation on our part to accept your order which will be confirmed when we send you a ‘Dispatched’ email which confirms our contract with you to supply the ordered goods.
ORDER RECEIVED EMAIL
Upon you placing and paying for your order, you will receive an ‘Order Received’ email from us summarising your order and various important pre-contract information:
- The description of the goods purchased and their price
- The cost of any additional items such as gift wrapping and upgraded postage
- Delivery Information
- Cancellation rights including our Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Our Contact details
You will also receive an email from ‘Worldpay’ indicating that you have made payment for your order with Absolute Pearls Ltd.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
As quite often the time between you placing an order and us dispatching it is quite short, it is best to call AND email us to make any last minute adjustments or requests. However, once an order is dispatched, if you want to make any changes, it will need to be treated as a return once you have received it.
ORDER PROCESSING EMAIL
When we start to process your order we will send you a ‘Processing’ email to inform you that we are working on your order.
ORDER DISPATCHING EMAIL
When your order is completed and ready for dispatch, we will send you a ‘Dispatched’ email that confirms our acceptance of your order and that we now have a contract to supply.
This email will also detail the delivery details and tracking of your order.
